Ordering repeat prescriptions

These can be arranged in the following ways:

  • Forwarded to local pharmacy – please contact your local pharmacy to make this arrangement

PLEASE NOTE the practice do not accept VERBAL REQUESTS due to clinical safety reasons

NB Please allow 48hrs prior to collection.

Medication Reviews are important

An appointment at least once a year will be made with your General Practitioner or Nurse at the Surgery to review your regular medications.  A notice should appear on your repeat slip when due. It is important to attend this appointment to avoid any unnecessary delays to your medication supply.
